DESCRIPCIÓN

Sealing Machine is intended for sealing envelopes for steam sterilization. Follow strictly the instructions from the manufacturer of your packages regarding their appropriate usage, cautions, conservation and storage and adjust the timer according to thickness of the material to be sealed. Use a high-number for thicker material.

INSTRUCTIONS

Adjust the timer according to thickness of the material to be sealed. Use a high-number for thicker material.

Important! In order to enhance the quality of the sealing, perform the resistance pre-heating. Press the sealer arm twice simulating the sealing without a package. This procedure may be performed only once before starting the sealing procedure itself but it should be repeated every time the equipment goes idle for longer than 1 minute.

Place the envelope on the sealing platform always with the paper side down (directly on the resistance) and the plastic side up and press the sealer arm down firmly. The heating time is controlled automatically after manual adjustment.

When the red LED goes off the sealing will be completed. Slide the blade to cut the envelope, raise the sealer arm and remove the package.

Note: 
In order to make the sealing better, wait for 1 or 2 seconds to release the sealer arm after the red LED goes off. If the heating time is too long or insufficient the sealing might be inefficient (the envelope may be stuck to the sealing area when it is pulled or be visibly badly-sealed). To correct this, adjust the timer properly. Once adjusted it is not necessary to perform any other adjustment to continue sealing.

ADDITIONAL INFOMATIONS

Keep the sealing platform always clean. The accumulation of waste on the sealing area will reduce the life cycle of the resistance and the insulating material. For an effective cleaning, wait for the sealing area to cool down and use a cloth slightly moistened with alcohol.

If the insulating material lower tape is worn the sealer may go faulty and the resistance may be damaged. Being so, every time the resistance is replaced, please also check the insulating material tape and replace it if it is worn.

If it is necessary to replace the resistance or the fuse, use only those which have the same specifications as the genuine parts.
